  Shredder

  The MDS-35GTR features a cast aluminum body providing extremely high strength to weight ratio and a long lasting corrosion resistant finish. The updated cutting chamber design improves particle consistency and can be combined with VSS technology for further shred size reduction. The ST-35H knives and shafts are built using the highest quality alloy available.

  Bin Tunnel and Controls

  Standard on the MDS-35GTR and MDS-35GTR2 models is Shred-Tech®’s patent-pending Gripper Tipper®. Loading containers from ground or curb level is a breeze with the Gripper Tipper® which is compatible with all industry standard containers. A patented retractable bin tunnel ensures containers remain completely enclosed during the loading process, protecting material from environmental elements. Each unit is equipped with cameras mounted in both the shredding and the storage compartments.

  The state of the art Plus 1® micro-control system with advanced intelligence is powerful enough to allow remote diagnostics while remaining easy to use.

  Auto Unloading

  The MDS-35GTR2 features the highest legal payload in the industry, storing up to 18,000 lbs of shredded material. The Active Floor Unloading System reduces clearance requirements compared to the dump body design, and unloads in minutes. An optional hydraulically operated rear door improves unloading efficiency and provides an ideal, unobstructed surface for graphics.
